Teen Missions Int’l is a world wide ministry that has been able to operate throughout the years due in large part to donations we’ve received from brothers and sisters in Christ. If you feel led to financially support Teen Missions Int’l Australia, by giving a one-time donation or by making a long term commitment, our information is listed.

We are grateful for every offering we receive and thank the Lord for your generosity.

Support a Staff

At TMIA, we have a mixture of part-time self-supported staff, as well as full-time staff who rely on donations and support! Having a team of people who believe in what we do empowers us to continue giving our lives to motivating, training, and mobilising youth to fulfil the Great Commission. See below to meet our team.

If you would like to financially partner with them, please use the bank details provided above. Be sure to include the staff name when you make a direct deposit, so that we know who to send your donation too.

The Stoddarts

Jason and Cordelia (Dee) are lovers of God and believers in the gift of family. They have been staff at Teen Missions Int’l Australia for 3 years now, taking on the Base Coordinators role just over two years ago. They are the proud parents of three energetic boys; Leonidas (Leo), Zander, and Huxley and absolutely love getting to raise a family whilst being involved with mission work. It doesn’t get lost on them just how blessed they are to live and work in such a beautiful part of the world, whilst also getting the opportunity to travel and learn from people in other cultures. Jason and Dee are former BMW students, after having initially met on their first Teen Missions trip to Madagascar back in 2013. They are grateful for the opportunity to use their skills and energy to impact the ministry of TMIA.

Nikita Leeks

Tēnā koutou katoa. Kia ora! Hailing from Aotearoa New Zealand, Nikita is a proud Kiwi, sports enthusiast, and keen to be a part of building God’s Kingdom. Nikita’s passion for global service has been inspired through various Teen Missions teams volunteering opportunities, and the different people through which she has crossed paths. Nikita is passionate about inspiring the next generation of leaders as well as empowering teens to grow in character and purpose with a passion for mission work. Nikita’s excited to be involved in a ministry that makes an impact, has some fun, and builds something amazing across generations.

Michael and Emma Pollnitz

Emma’s Teen Missions journey began in 2019 when she went to Scotland on her first mission trip. Through that experience, God opened her eyes and heart to see the need for spreading the gospel, and to realise the powerful impact that even young people can have.

Leading a team to Thailand and completing the Gap Year Program in 2021 grew Emma’s heart for the ministry of Teen Missions, and planted the desire to continue being involved.

This year, Emma is excited to have joined the staff team in a full-time position. Her husband, Michael, is currently an auxiliary staff member and is enjoying his first year of teaching at a local Christian School.

They look forward to joining with Teen Missions in inspiring and equipping the next generation of youth to seek, know and share Jesus.

Zac Arulogun

Zachariah (Zac) Arulogun is passionate about seeing young people come to God and grow deeply in their faith. His involvement in the Fiji Summer Team in 2023 is what ignited a desire to not only serve with Teen Missions in a greater capacity but to share God’s word in all areas of life. Stepping onto staff straight out of high school is a conviction from God that he has eagerly followed, driven by a longing to help other young people discover joy and passion for God through missions.

Zac consistently finds that building meaningful connections with those around him draws him closer to God, and Teen Missions has always been a place where that kind of growth is encouraged and lived out.
